1. Membership Eligibility
- Membership is available to individuals aged 18 and older. Minors aged 16-17 may join with parental or guardian consent.
- Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the individual who signed the agreement.
2. Payment Terms
- Membership fees must be paid in advance according to the selected membership plan.
- Late payments may result in suspension or termination of membership access.
- All fees are non-refundable unless specified in the Return and Refund Policy.
3. Facility Use
- Members are required to adhere to all posted rules and instructions from staff.
- Proper gym attire and footwear must be worn at all times.
- Use of equipment is at your own risk. Please report any malfunctioning equipment to staff immediately.
4. Code of Conduct
- Respectful behavior towards staff and other members is mandatory. Harassment or abusive conduct will result in immediate membership termination.
- Loud or disruptive behavior, including playing music without headphones, is prohibited.
- Members are responsible for cleaning equipment after use and maintaining general cleanliness.
5. Personal Belongings
- SK29 Gym is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Use lockers for safekeeping.
- Lockers are available for temporary use only and must be emptied daily.
6. Liability Waiver
By using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical exercise and agree to release SK29 Gym from liability for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from your use of the gym.
7. Suspension and Termination
- SK29 Gym reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violation of these terms and conditions.
- In cases of termination due to misconduct, no refunds will be issued.
8. Changes to Terms
SK29 Gym reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or notices posted within the facility.
