1. Membership Cancellations

• Membership cancellations must be requested in writing via email or in person at the gym front desk.
• If you cancel within the first 7 days of signing up, you are eligible for a full refund, provided you have not used the gym facilities.
• No refunds will be issued after 7 days from the date of membership activation.

2. Class and Session Bookings

• Cancellations for scheduled classes or personal training sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Refunds or rescheduling options will not be provided for no-shows or late cancellations.

3. Merchandise Returns

• Merchandise purchased at the gym can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
• Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Refund Process

Once your cancellation or return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Membership fees after 7 days of activation.
• Gift cards and promotional items.
• Services already rendered (e.g., completed personal training sessions).
